By accessing TX Science AI ("the Service"), operated by Transaction Science, Inc., you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

TX Science AI provides agentic AI inference through a memoizing cascade. Requests are routed across deterministic gears, custom AIs, and frontier providers based on declared work class and policy. Each response carries a signed receipt with joules consumed and the datacenter that performed the work.

2. No Professional Advice

TX Science AI outputs are computational generations. They do not constitute legal advice, medical diagnosis, financial advice, engineering certification, or any form of professional opinion. Users are responsible for determining the applicability of any output to their specific circumstances.

3. Receipts and Determinism

Every inference returns a JWP-signed receipt detailing cascade gear, joules consumed, datacenter location, jurisdiction, and energy mix. Where a request is answered by a memoized or deterministic gear, the same input will produce the same output. Stochastic gears (transformer-class models) are bounded by declared joule caps and policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TX Science AI to produce illegal content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to evade energy-tracked container monitoring, or extract proprietary model weights. Anomalous joule consumption may result in container suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Transaction Science, Inc. provides TX Science AI "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on TX Science AI outputs.
